This takes the pressure of live agents, with a larger number of queries able to be effectively resolved without recourse to them. This has the added benefit of freeing live agents up to spend more time and energy on the cases that do genuinely require human input.

AI tools are further expected to revolutionize the way sales and discounts are handled across online brands, with models theoretically able to calculate available stock and adjust prices dynamically to reflect demand, or generate custom deals for consumers on the fly.
