This destination is celebrated for its elite ski resorts and as the vibrant heart of the Sundance Film Festival. It was here, amid this idyllic setting, that I experienced a remarkable culinary discovery at an event held at “Casa I Wonder,” a concept of unique hospitality within a stunning villa accessible only by invitation. This event was not just any gathering but a showcase of extraordinary Italian cuisine, masterminded by Chef Michele Casadei Massari , brought to Park City by I Wonder Pictures, a leading Italian movie distributor based in Bologna—the same city that Massari calls home.

This encounter with Chef Massari was initially unbeknownst to me regarding its significance.
