Apple’s latest launch of the over-ear Airpods Max has driven the market within an instance. Priced at $549, Airpods Max has similar features to its in-ear AirPods Pro. The company has stated that these newly launched Airpods Max will be available for pre-order and will ship them on December 15th.
Airpods Max offers the features— a simple setup and connections, active noise cancellation, transparency mode along with the “spatial” simulated surround-sound audio. This product is a part of Apple’s latest push to expand its popular AirPods wireless headphone line.
Greg Joswiak, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing said, “With AirPods Max, we are bringing that magical AirPods experience to a stunning over-ear design with high-fidelity audio.”

The company has included a dial at the top of the right ear cup to control volume, phone calls, play, pause and skip. Intriguingly, the company named this dial ‘the digital crown’ which can also activate the Siri voice assistant. This dial has been truly and completely inspired by the same feature on its popular Apple Watch.
