The new deal will help Accenture to increase its influence in Latin America
Accenture had acquired the Madrid based Pragsis Bidoop who has some offices in Barcelona and in the UK. It is intended to increase its workforce by including 200 more employees with knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data. This will add up to the services to Accenture’s Applied Intelligence business.
Initiated in 2004, Pragsis Bidoop has a varied base of clients consisting of Ibex-35 companies in Spain and international corporations which have its foothold in Mexico, Brazil and most of the Latin American market.
Lead by CEO Pedro Agudo, who is also a co-founder of Pragsis Bidoop, the company expertise in service provisioning for corporations in industries like banking, insurance, retail, energy, railway, public sector, and pharma. The company is known for its excellence in serving creative data solutions such as big data for digital twins, machine learning to optimize process of manufacturing and advanced predictive models to reduce supply chain prediction errors, lost sales and maintenance cost.
